Rediff.com India — Cannot access the Rediffmail. Password not working | |||
I am writing this email on the behalf of my 70 years old Mother-In-Law Sudharani Panda who had an email id [protected]@rediffmail.com She is not digitally savvy and had not used this email ID for long. Now she can't access this email ID as she has forgotten the password. She also has a new mobile no and did not update the account information Rediffmail. Now when she is trying to change the password, it is asking for OTP to be sent to an old mobile No which she does not have any more.. This email was used for her Karvy Stock holding many years back when the DMAT account was created. She needs this email ID to be activated so that the transfer of DMAT accounts from Karvy to IIFL can be successfully done.
