Rediff.com India — fake and wrong product delivered

I ordered for bose sound support blue tooth headphones through shopingbetas.in on rediff.com and paid rs.2, 999/- cash on delivery. When i opened the package it was containing local make faulty head phones and the details mentioned on the invoice with the package was same as my order.
Shopingbetas.in are doing fraud with the people and i will take legal action against rediff.com and shopingbetas.in if my amount is not refunded immediately.
Plz let me know the address to which the product is to be returned and company contact number for further communication. The number mentioned in the website is fake. Plz call me on my mobile no.[protected] for any other details in this regard. I received the product vide emartmart express package with delhivery awb no.[protected] delivered on 29-01-18.
