Rediff.com India — my account was hacked! | |||
My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question. The email id is [protected]@rediffmail.org i have all previous passwords and everything needed to get back into this. I need it back my instagram account is on it. My alternate email is [protected]@gmail.com my phone number, alternate email and everything were changed. But i can verify by showing proof of laat passwords or anything of that nature. Request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attentions. What all information can be used by hacker is uncertain. My account monika.[protected]@rediffmail.com was hacked a few days back and some emails have been sent to a few of the gmail id's (Period 12th to 16th Sept 2019) which are not understandable. While I have changed my password what should be my next steps.
