[protected]@yahoo.com The above product delivered was faulty and defective. Despite several complaints to rediff and universal, the product has not been replaced or refund processed. Sir,
I have lost my emails sent/received during 08/04/2011 in my mail [protected]@rediffmail.com. I am badly in need of documents in that emails.
I get a message "We are unable to process your request..." when i try to open those emails.
Screen shot is attached.
Please rectify the problem urgently.
