Rediff.com India — Password change failed. Forgot password shows invalid alternate email id and phone number

[protected]@rediffmail.com George Joseph I suspected hacking and wanted to change password. Through forgot password I tried, but response states invalid alternate mail id or phone number while both are correct. Kindly help me to open my id. Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 10, 2021 Updated by jores On June 8, I complained about locking of my id. Any attempt to provide alternate email id or phone are replied as invalid. I strongly believe that the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com and Phone number [protected] are correct, because they are the only id and phone number I have got. Kindly resolve and activate [protected]@rediffmail.com
