My email id is mahima.[protected]@rediffmail.com my alternate email id is - [protected]@gmail.com the hacker has changed all my alternate recovery options and security questions. i am totally unable to log into my account. i request you to take immediate action regarding this as the hacker can misuse some important information. hope you understand the concern and respond as soon as possible.
