Rediff.com India — Unable to access the account

Good day Team!

I'm unable to access my account: al.[protected]@rediffmail.com and reset my password using alternative email id/ hint and gives me an error message as the e-mail ID and the hint entered are incorrect.

Request the team to work on the same reset the password for the account and have the same sent to either my contact# [protected] or to my alternate e-mail ID: vaishnavi.[protected]@gmail.com at the earliest.
