Rediff Shopping — battry is not working

Hi Rediffshop Support Team, As you aware of about my case I have purchased below item from rediff shop on 24/11/2014 Samsung Galaxy GTS-7562 Battery And I got delivery of this product 29/11/2014 and found the product was not working condition. its not getting charge. I was shock about my product and. And also update to rediff shop support team for my product. please do any help as soon as posible. i want a new battery. please.
