Rediff Shopping — MOBILE HANDSET NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have purchased a mobile handset from rediffshopping Samsung Galaxy Quatro i8552 vide IMEI no.[protected] dtd.6.12.2014. From day 1 mobile at the time of charging battery was not charged properly and automatically handset bacame switched off. After feeling this problem i tried regularly contact to Rediff Shopping customer care number but there was not respond from your side. Now handset is notready to use properly due to some times it becames hangged. Therefore, requesting you kindly take necessary action to solve my problem otherwise i ll take necessary action from my side at consumer court.
