    I had purchased the shoes on 6th May assuming it would reach my residence by the 13th May latest. This was for one of the of the Badminton tournaments held on 15th May 2015 and still the rediff agents stilldo not have any idea about my products nor do they agree to refund the amount despite of emailing them and begging on social media. They do not value customers at all and just like to keep us waiting. This the most pathetic customer service I have ever faced.

      I ordered an item for the first time from Rediff Shopping but it's not rached to me and also showing delivery status as "Successfully Delivered". I paid the amount via net banking and now they are not refunding my amount. I never suggest Rediff shopping to anyone. Please don't buy any item from Rediff Shopping as there is no guarantee for your money and your order.

        I ordered a "Meenaz Sankat Mochan Hanumanji Gold And Rhodium Plated Cz God Pendant Gp110" vide order ID:11542278 dated[protected] for Rs.348/-. However to my shock and disbelief, I received an empty sealed packet delivered by "E-COM EXpress" on behalf of Rediff on 09-05-15. When I opened the packet, I saw empty, transparent sealed box with no contents inside. On[protected], I reported this to rediff through their 'customer delight' link with the first hand image of the product received attached herewith as well. It is still hard to believe that a reputed shopping site like 'rediff' can sent an empty sealed packet and later claim to have delivered the product. I have been repeatedly following up with 'rediff' through mail's since 11-05-15, but to my shock and disgust they claim that I have received the item.Now, in the latest mail they have stated they are investigating my complaint. This complaint is being lodged in larger consumer interest, our laws need to be more stringent and less cumbersome so that these shopping who receive advance money from customers like me and fleece them by delivering empty sealed packets and claim to have delivered. Public to note 'REDIFF SHOPPING also is indulging in such pervert practices which amount to not less than cheating in common layman terms.

            I placed an order on 27th March for a Mug which got delivered to me on 2nd April. When I opened the box I found that the mug was broken so I immediately called the customer care team and informed them. They told me to send them an email with the image of the product received. They asked me to courier the product back to them as they do not arrange reverse pick up. I did that and shared the courier receipt. I couriered the product on 7th April and also informed them that I want an exchange on or before 14th April as this was a gift for my friend. They denied that they won't be able to process the exchange on the given time and so I had to go for a refund. They then sent me a link where I had to update my bank details which I did it on 16th April. And its 15th May and I have still not received my money back. I've been calling them 100 times, sent them en number of emails and also posted the same on facebook. But they do not even call you back. Whenever I call them they just say that I need to wait for 5-7 working days. It's been a horrible experience. Worst customer service ever received.

            This website and their CS team is good for nothing...I had given them my bank details for refund on 17th April and its been a month now that I have still not received my money. Infact they gave me a transaction # (CITIN[protected],
            CITIN[protected]) for the refund and assured that the amount is refunded and asked me to check with my bank. I shared my bank statement and informed them that the amount is still not refunded. Then they send me an email yesterday saying that the amount was refunded and so they will do it on priority and I shall receive my money within 3-4 working days. When I called them and asked them that if refund wasn't processed then how can they give me a transaction #? You won't believe they didn't had any answer for that. And when I asked them to transfer the line or share the email id of their managers they rudely said that they do not have the authority to do that. I mean if we are fooled around and want to talk to their manager we should be. I believe there are other customers too who must be facing such issue with this website. Rediff Shopping should be shut. When they do not know how to serve the purpose of a customer they bloody should shut the website. This is the 2nd post I am sharing on this site and still the CS team are not calling me back and giving me proper response.

              HELLO.. I HAD ORDERED A CAR MP3 PLAYER FROM REDIFF SHOPPING ON 21 VIDE ORDER NUMBER 11478961. AFTER TWO DAYS NOTHING WAS UPDATED AND I CONTACTED THE VENDOR FOR UPDATES. SHOCKINGLY HE ASKED FOR THE ORDER DETAILS WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT BY REDIFF IMMEDEATELY AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. BUT WITH IN A COUPLE OF DAYS HE GAVE ONE AWB NUMBER OF ONE DELHIVARY COURIER WHICH WAS UN TRACABLE TILL TODAY. THEN I STARTED TO MAIL AND CALL REDIFF CUSTOMER SUPPORT, A STANDARD ANSWER - WAIT FOR TWO DAYS- I AM GETTING. ONCE ONE CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE EVEN GAVE ONE WRONG AWB NUMBER ALSO. NOW I AM SEEING THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SITE...MANY PEOPLE ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUES, WHICH NORMALLY IN OTHER ONLINE SHOPPING DOESNT HAPPEN.                 Dear Sir, I have purchase 2 power banks and one spy camera pen from rediff shop with the order nos.details given below:- 1-16000 mah power bank for a total of Rs 768/- (including various charges)- delivered on[protected] vide order no, #[protected] 2- 10400 mah power bank for a total of Rs 828/- (including various charges)- delivered on[protected] vide order no, 22685776 3- Spy camera for a total of Rs. 620/- (inclusive of various charges) delivered on 13-05-15 vide order no. #[protected] . I am sorry to say that all the above 03 items ordered by me found to be defective and sub standard after receiveing the same. The power banks are not upto the capacity of even 10% of what was claimed to be. Both Power banks are literally junk and don't store small amount of power. Same is the case about HD spy camera pen which is not working. In these circumstances, I request you to arrange the refund of these defective items immediately.                   I bought a SONY Play Station 2 from Rediff.com. To my surprise when I received the product it was a duplicate product. I immediately raised a complaint for returning the product, but Rediff instead directed me to the seller who told various more lies to me. Thereafter I kept on writing to the Rediff customer support, but they stopped replying. I am not satisfied with the product and want to return the same and get my money back. I was delivered the product on 26th March'15 and I had logged my complaint and request for refund on 30th March, 15. Since then I wrote to them and called their customer support more than 10 times, but they just don't answer or give some false statement. My order number was 11332753

Till now I ahve not received my consignemnt and when I called their customer care, they told that your goods has not been dispatched even and asked me to wait for another 2 days. After 2 days when I called they again said that the goods has not been dispatched and again asked me to wait for 8-10 days.                       Rediff is a typical case study for online shopping failure in India. There is no concern on the mistakes committed by the vendors. Vendors declare some product on the net and dispatch some thing else. They have shown Magic Bullet and dispatched Skyline product in a very very poor used packing material. Now their customer care is not toll free. That mean when ever your calling you are shelling out of your purse. Interestingly, the call doesn't reach the executive directly instead wastes your time with unnecessary talk. Poor staff, handling the customer care have no other statements except saying wait for 48 hours. Unless we have Ombudsman for this e retail, business it will be difficult to buy online.Few rotten eggs will spoil total basket. It is high time the Govt frame stringent punishments for these online cheats.

                          Sir, This is for your kind information that the blue tooth speaker which I have received is not the same that was displayed in the advertisement. The colour of the displayed one was black and the delivered one is white in colour, which I would have never bought in my life. More over the piece is not that new but is quite old and the performance is also not up to the expectation. FM is also not catching. I have only checked the piece and packed it as it was. When I have asked to replace the same then they asked me to courier the same product to their destination. When I refused to send back the product & asked to refund my money then they asked to wait & said they will arrange the pick up from me but nobody has not came till today.
