Rediff Shopping — No reply for email and defective product given

As per the return policy of rediff i have to register defective product within 2 days of delivery to initiate return.i had sent the following mail on the delivery day "sir/madam The sony ericsson watch with order number 9144528 is defective and the defect is that the product is not at all working it doesnot keep operating even for a minute and the charge get drained out soon. please get me the best solution for the problem." aswin mathew" Niether they attend calls nor reply to emails i had sent 3 mails of the same type no reply... I think my 2000 rs is gone
