Rediff Shopping — Non cancellation and forceful sending of order | |||
Rediff is worst shopping site ever. The number supplied for customer service[protected] doesn't work at all. And even if it works once in a blue moon, no one picks up when you select the cancellation option. I sent them multiple emails from my rediffmail and Gmail account to cancel my order of one back cover for a micro max phone. Which they are charging 269/- total, but i found in market for 120/- The email address : [protected]@rediff.co.in is also probably a hoax or one they never check.
