Rediff Shopping — Non-Delivery of Items Paid For | |||
I placed an order online with Rediff Shopping on February 4th 2014. Today is 26th February and I still haven't received my order. Instead, I was sent a confirmation on 23rd February that the items I paid for have been delivered. This just isn't the case. Through NetBanking with HDFC Bank, I paid the amount for the items had purchased, equivalent to Rs.655. I would like for the amount to be returned to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
