I has ordered the item Gromo Mini MP3 speaker System (with FM) on 03rd Sept 2015. Order No is 12182479. But till the item has not shipped. I contact the rediff customer care three time but no response from their side. and not ready to refund my money. and only they said that your item was handed over to courier and give the tracking no[protected] of ECOM Express.
