Rediff Shopping — Poor Service, Poor Quality, Poor Response | |||
I have brought 4 products in rediff shopping online. I received the product very late (Complaint 1) . One of the products Backpack is very small, Its worth only for Rs 100 but they charged Rs 500 (Complaint 2), Another product is CHAPATHI MAKER . Its heavily damaged not working (Complaint 3). And 3rd product is Mobile Phone. Its not even switched on (Complaint 4). All the product i received is very very poor.. When i called for customer care they are not responding. Telling me to send all the product via courier, What is the guarantee if they cheat me, How can i send my product with paying Rs 300 as courier charge without any acknowledgement.. . If they don't have pickup facility then why the hell they are having SHOP KART, better close the service. Poor Service / Poor Customer support / Poor response. Please take the legal actions against REDIFF SHOPPING... FLIPKART is best service they have pick up service and perfect service. Rediff is worst Was this information helpful? | |||
