My name is Anvitha Shanbhogue.I have not got the refund for the order no 10066680 and 10066686.I have called to customer services 10-15 times.They are telling like we will refund in 1day...nearly 1month crossed.Not replying for mails also.The product "Monster Beats By Dr. Dre Solo HD OEM Headphones" is defective one..Its in condition that we cant use once also.All parts came like piece piece.I already mention in the previous mail that i dont want the both the products.I have to get back the refund amount for the products.The amount Rs.628 as early as possible refund back to the account.
