What did i made wrong to opt you...
First of all i did not get the correct product as i ordered, sub subsequently, delivery boy collected the item without proper verification and hence i lost my valuable item as it was wrongly packed up in return parcel.
Then one of your representative offered me a gift voucher.
When i tried to use it, it was well applied and during paying the remaining difference, the payment was unsuccessful due to technical
Time out error. Subsequently the gv become invalid or expired.
Further, i wrote to you, i get a written communication that your order has been successfully placed... Then i asked the order confirmation sms or email, then your replied comes that due to online payment declination your order has been cancelled..
Again i wrote to you, regarding the gv, your representative called and convince me that the same gv will become activated after 48 hours...
Now i receiving return communication from you "we would like to inform you that gf voucher coupon code available for one time use, hence now the coupon has been expired. Kindly place a new order by any other mode of payment."
Since i had not used the coupon due to online payment gate way time out error... Then how it could be used by me...
As one of your representative called me and told that the gv coupon will be revert to me... Since i was not able to utilized...
Then how can you deny,
These two situation are entirely contradictory.. Means you are discouraging the online payment...
What an interesting story, is it not it? Why you are joking... Seems not to be serious... To resolve the concern.
I am keep writing writing since the day one... And every day receiving surprising resolution from you.
How can a customer can believe on you as multiple and contradictory response you proving...
Is this the correct policy for online shopping, just lure get investment.
Kindly address the issue to your higher ups and resolve it suitably.
