someone has hacked my rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com
as well facebook account and alternative mail, mobile no and password also changed kindly help me to recover the same earliest from last 2 day I am unable log in my both account

Today morning at 8:40 Am someone has call me with his mobile no is [protected] and he is telling that he is from consumer complaint board, and he share me my yesterdays complaint screen short on whats app and he share one below link through messege and he ask me to make 10 rupees on this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VW9JQN,
he has also ask me to download team viewer from play store.

kindly help me to recover my rediffmail id.

From last 10 day i am unable to access my Rediffmail and Facebook account due to hacker has hacked my both account and changed all alternative mobile mumber and mail address, since I am continuously complaining to help me to access my hacked Rediffmail account but there is no positive responce, kindly help me to access [protected]@rediffmail.com account or advice where I have to complain, I have to go to police station or civil court for complaining against hacker, kindly advice

I am complaining since last 1 month that my Rediffmail id [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked by someone and my alternative no, mail and password also changed and my facebook id also hacked which was linked with my Rediffmail and alternative contact details also changed
since 10th September i am complaining in your portal but i have not received any help from you, kindly tell me i have to go to police station or use other way to access my mail
