Redington India — Pixel Buds Pro Replacement

Hi,

I had purchased a Pixel Buds Pro from Flipkart on Jan 15th 2023.
I noticed an issue with the Charging Case not holding the charge for long and would discharge in a day or two. After troubleshooting through Google Forums, I reached out to Google support who deemed the unit needed to be replaced.
The Support executive from Google mentioned that the device needed to be replaced and someone from Redington would reach out.
Its been 2 weeks and no one from Redington has reached out to me so far.

I'm facing the same issue. It's been a week since google has confirmed a replacement. Didn't get a revert from Redington. Was your issue resolved? If yes, then how long did it take and was there any replacement charges involved?
