Redmi India — issue with hardware in 6 month

Hi redme india,

It's really hard to go customer care now days and wait for a week to your job done, still i visited to authorized customer care however issue still not resolved. I purchased mi note 6 pro in jan 2019 and within 7 month getting some issue with camera, visited to mi authorized center in mundhwa and wasted 7 days without phone and nothing got resolved. I want to replacement of this phone as i am not sure they are going to permanently fix this issue.
