Redmi India — Paid online booking amount, product not delivered

On mar 18, I paid 299 INR towards the booking of Redmi prime 3s
Since then the mobile hasn't been delivered to my address for cash on delivery.
I have been waiting for the new phone and tried contacting customer support via email but they didn't respond.
I want my 299INR back since the mobile hasn't been delivered yet.
Instead of waiting I may purchase it online from amazon
