It's really hard to go customer care now days and wait for a week to your job done, still i visited to authorized customer care however issue still not resolved. I purchased mi note 6 pro in jan 2019 and within 7 month getting some issue with camera, visited to mi authorized center in mundhwa and wasted 7 days without phone and nothing got resolved. I want to replacement of this phone as i am not sure they...

On mar 18, I paid 299 INR towards the booking of Redmi prime 3s
Since then the mobile hasn't been delivered to my address for cash on delivery.
I have been waiting for the new phone and tried contacting customer support via email but they didn't respond.
I want my 299INR back since the mobile hasn't been delivered yet.
Instead of waiting I may purchase it online from amazon...
