Hello Sir/Madam,
This is Sachin here from Lucknow. I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (dark grey, 32GB) from FLIPKART.COM on September 21, 2016 and which was delivered to me within next two three days. Let me tell you, I live in Lucknow and there was no delivery service of the phone in Lucknow so I ordered it at one of my friends' (Rahul Pandey) address in Delhi. I got the handset on September 28.
Now, let me come to the problem I am having with the phone. I got the phone on September 28. I used it smoothly for next three-four days. There was an upgrade of MIUI 8 so I put the phone on upgrade. After few minutes it asked me to reboot the phone. I rebooted. But then after that the phone got dead. There was only MI logo on the screen and nothing was happening. I kept it as it was for next two hours thinking it would be all okay but nothing happened. It remained the same. Next day I approached the Lucknow service centre. They said it was a software problem and fixed it within an hour. The phone was working. Again, after only two day, it got dead again. That time, I did not upgrade anything or did anything. The phone was in my pocket and when I picked it out, I found it dead. Again the same MI logo on the screen and nothing else. I again approached the service centre which is around 20kms away from my place. They again did the software thing and the phone was okay. I used it for next three-four days and the same thing happened - the phone got dead - only MI logo and nothing else. This time the technician at the service centre suggested me to change its motherboard. I submitted my phone for the same on October, 15 for next 20 days. I got my phone back on November, 2. It was working properly. But once again, it went dead on November, 5.
Sir, I am a student and I do not earn a lot. I only take few tuitions which pay my pocket money only - not so much. I saved this much money for last some months and bought this phone. But since I have got this phone, every week I have to go to the service centre. It is like the service-centre-people have used my phone more than I have used it.
Sir, I want a stable and valid solution for this problem. I cannot go to the service centre every week - actually nobody can go there every week for the same problem. It is so far and I lose a lot of money in travel expenses. Even after changing the motherboard, the problem is still the same. And also the service-center people even damaged my phone's body and later says that this phone's lock is very tight so it's obvious to damage and they are doing nothing for scratches and bends on my phone's body.
Please, help me and do something stable and valid.
