I have registered a complaint on Saturdays 28th September 2019 and every day since then I am receiving a call from the customer care just inquiring about the complaint and I'm repeating myself day in and out .it has been 3 working days n there is no progress.. I had been to the service centre in jayanagar, bangalore on 18th Sept, the first service and further which the volume buttons arent working,
The systems hangs and after placing a call the system has to be rebooted if not it does not work. I am still under the warranty period and yet i stand a clear product replacement for any hardware issues.the registered number is +91-[protected]. The personnel who spoke to me the previous day said that it would be resolved by today afternoon and it been 3 hours since 12:00pm and yet not one call nor a message or a email.i am presently phone less an the product is in the service centre. The service centre has changed the hardware part -the volume buttons even after I have clearly specified them not to change it replace it . the issue of problems have increased after the very first service which I gave and I need an immediate action to resolve the issue Was this information helpful? |
