I want to share my recent experience with Redmi service that has left me quite frustrated. Earlier, a technician from Xiaomi TV came to fix an issue with my TV, but unfortunately, during the process, the technician tore the barcode on the TV.
Now, I'm facing difficulties because of this action as it's affecting the functionality of my TV. I expected better service and attention to detail from a reputable company like Xiaomi.
My TV is still under warranty till this Dhanteras. Not even hardly 1 year passed of purchased, my TV got damaged under 6 months. Technician came and resolved the solution. But After Resolving my Tv again stopped working with no display on screen under 2 months of repair. I mailed about 4-5 and even talked on customer care. No valuable solution and i feel like i have been cheated.
