I purchased shoes from RedTape showroom located at Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi on 15 March 2026.
Within 24 hours of purchase, the shoes were found to be defective and caused discomfort and injury while wearing them. I visited the showroom with the product and original packaging, but my request was not addressed and no resolution was provided.
The staff behavior was unprofessional and not supportive. I also tried contacting customer care multiple times through calls and email, but no response was received.
Due to this poor experience and lack of support, I am requesting a refund for the product.
