I had ordered a pair of Redtape slippers in November from Myntra, one upper strap is cut within 4 months...I rarely used the slipper as I have other pair too..very poor quality

I just wanted to share my another bad experience with the Red tape of shoes i bought from Red tape, i bought the shoes of Bond Street (Red tape) dated on 31st of December 2021 and today is 26th Feb 2022 it's hardly a two months older shoe and the upper part of the shoe is started getting cracks on it. My only request to Red tape is that please start delivering good quality products because when a customer comes to you he or she comes with some expectations of quality products.

I bought a pair of shoes, on 15-feb-2022, but when i started using them i found that its sole is not levelled from behind, resulting in difficulty in walking.

When i visited the store, the manager simply said that we can't do anything as the shoe is designed that way only.

Also he told me that i should try customer support, and provided me a number, but that number never picks up, it rings every time but nobody answers that,

Also i tried to contact support number provided in redtape website, it always says that our customer support executive will pick the call, but after one minute of waiting it disconnects.

I would like the company to replace this pair with a one that has levelled sole.

i have attached a photo of the shoes back, as it is visible that outer side of the sole is not on the same level as inner side, which makes it difficult to walk.

Bought the shoes on 17 November 2021. The shoes which are in the warranty period of 3 months are now damaged I want a claim for the warranty period of my shoes

I am your routine customer and submit that sales team posted at your store at Ferozepur are showing very casual behaviour and didn't show interest to explain the articles to customer, we are not expecting such kind of poor customer service from brand like Red Tape. Moreover store is charging Rs. 10 for carry bag.
You are requested to take up the matter on priority and take immediate action on poor customer service of the store.

They take GST 12% from me on grey jacket and still the GST percentage is 5% please take strict action against it style - RFJ0147

On 10th November, I purchased a shoe at local store in Rajahmundry, after usage of only 15days, the back side of the shoe is tearing,

This is the first time I am using Redtap shoes,

As a Pharma company manager, I use shoes regularly

I didn't face this kind of issues earlier with any other companies.

Very disappointed with this quaility.

I purchased a white Snickers from outlet located in 17 sector chandigarh and wore it 5-7 times in been only 15 days of purchase period and it's glue is started to fade and separate sole.. First time I saw Your shoes are very poor and feels cheaper than wearing local shoes, worst experience of buying a red tape shoes, I want an urgent response to this mail as I want a replacement or refund

I bought a pair of shoes on 10 sep 2021 from redtape behror branch (hotel higway king). They dont give me bill. They told me that internet is not working and they wilolud send the bill by whats apo but they dont sent me the bill.

I purchased a pare of sliper from red tape outlet jail road New Delhi 110058. After few months it's low quality makes sliper in poor condition. Due to lock down i could not visit outlet, after lockdown Since last six months I have been complaining to store manager but they turn to deaf ear .

I had buyed a pair of Black color RSO0231D of size 11/45 from redtape outlet store (opp. metro pillar no-842, delhi rohtak road bahadurgarh, jhajjar, [protected]) on 28/07/2021.
after using the shoes for a period of just 15 days the sole of the shoes get detached from the upper portion and the shoe get torn in two parts, the shoe was of very bad quality and i was very unsatisfied from this pair shoes.
i reached the outlet store for a return or exchange or refund in seeking for any customer support but the main head of the store denies of any exchange neither refund nor any replacement .this is a completely dis satisfactorily behaviour by redtape store members .as per red tape return policy:-
"Product Claim Policy
Footwear:

a) 100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect in the product within 1 month of purchase with the copy of the bill.

b) Product older than 1 month & under 3 months has to be sent to us with Original copy of bill, please ensure that the defect claimed is genuine i.e. no external defect has been caused intentionally or unintentionally especially by Rough usage, Dog bites, Silencer burns, Usage of Razor / Blunt object etc.

c) An approval will be provided by us based on the genuineness, usage & i[censored]nrepairable and may vary from 50 to 100% of the product price.

d) No Claims will be entertained under any circumstances of product more than 3 months older.

It is clearly mentioned that the customer will get 100% claim within one month of purchase.
It is kindly requested to refund or exchange of my product otherwise i will have to file a consumer complaint against redtape as well as the members of the redtape outlet store bahadurgarh.
I hope this will be taken into consideration and the matter will be attended the earliest.

I have purchased a pair of shoes- Mode by Red Tape Women's Fashion Sandal-37 (MRL0041A-37) via amazon on 08.05.2019 and same has been delivered to me on 09.05.2019, but within 02 months the sole of the sandal has got ruptured and got detached from its base. Further, its strap would also break, if I use the sandal for a day or two. I have contacted amazon customer service and they have given me Red Tape's contact number (available on the Red tape main website and [protected], [protected]) (since 10 days bracket period in which amazon can accept the defected product has now been passed ) but after trying for two days no one is picking up the call. My above stated item is within the warranty period and I want an early resolution of my grievance. Kindly, look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible. This sort o[censored]nwelcoming attitude where none out of their 4 contact number could be available for resolution is infuriating and disappointing.

I am attaching the photos of my bill and the distorted sandal for ready reference.

I want to bring notice in exclusive showroom or multi brand showroom in price is so huge difference also after billing they say only company given adjustment or price discount set by company they not company making full after that they provide authority to sale his products any cost like a local market or local brand i want to raise a complaint against they said do any thing not a matter

I had complained (Date-20/12/2015) verbally and asked for the replacement at the store as this seems to be a manufacturing defect and the store's sale person had told me they can only repair it but can't replace it. So I want my Money back or either replace it with the new shoes.Please Look into this matter and I waiting for your response as soon as possible. Respected Sir/Ma'am This is in regard Shoe manufactured by REDTAPE and purchased by me on 24 Sep 2015 by authorized retail outlet named "MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD" Cause of manufacturing defect i approached to retailer on 25 Nov 2015 and concern person from MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD committed to return the repaired SHOE on or before 10 Dec 2015 i.e. 15 Days. But even after following since 8 Dec 2015 the concern from MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD still not responding appropriately neither any response received yet from REDTAPE. Request your intervene for early solution in this regard. Your support will highly oblige. hi, This sachin khatri and i am writing this with a deep heart that i made a purchase of black red tape shoes (fresh arrival) on 14 january 2015 from south extension and later realised that the product is realising colour from inside. After complaining for exchange, the salesman is not supporting regarding the product exchange, he asked for dropping the product for 15 days for repair but i want immediate replacement of product. Tomorrow i will be going to the showroom for the replacement of product. kindly take necessary action possible and do the needful. An immediate response would be appreciated. Hello my name is Mandeep singh from Ludhiana, I bought shoes from your red tape store at Mall road Ludhiana on 13 march 2012.when I started wearing the shoes they changed colour the very next day from brown to black. While purchasing the shoes the salesman at the store claimed 3 months guarantee. When I reported this incident I was promised a replacement with new shoes the next day. When I turned up I was again promised a replacement in one week. And finally I am refused any compensation or replacement. Yours is a very famous brand and I have been wearing your brand since a long time and as a responsible and regular customer I am bringing this matter to your notice. Such type of quality and false commitments are not expected from your brand .Please look forward into this matter and end my grievance. I will be very thankful.
