I purchased Reebok Sports Shoes in January 2016, V51698; L647DN0600881; #GPSI000397 and used merely 20 times the lower colored sole started getting separated from the white sole with in two months.. I went to the vendor, they get it repaired the shoes for three times at local level. I couldn't understand the quality of pasting of the shoes. Now after getting repaired again and again the Shoes look like a local made shoe.

I request to get my shoes pair replaced with new pair of shoes.

Sir, this is to inform that my friend had booked a shoe of your brand from a site named "bookmyoffer.com". My complaint is that they took a healthy amount of rs. 1150 and have send a duplicate product without any official packaging of reebok company. Firstly when i received it, i recognised and i asked the person who came to deliver this shoes that can i open it he refused it. And asked for a payment. As my friend told me to please pay and receive the order he booked, without any further inquiry i paid the amount to the delivery man. But after that i opened the parcel then i got a confirmed view that the shoes is duplicate. This is a serious matter sir please go through it strictly because your sale s are been affected by such duplicate fooling products. As my friend had got fooled. Please don't let others get fooled. I have some pictures about the product if need it please call me on this no. Or my email id. Thank you

Across three month ago i buy new reebok zigtec from rhoini city centre mall reebok showrom in these three month i only used these shose 3 4 buty but there condition is unprdictabl. So i m complaning there that u can give any solution or take a right step on it.as soon as posibl u can do it. Thankz...

I had ordered reebok black shoes from shop cj channel on 24 apr 2016 with 7 products free with this. Shoes are of very poor quality and seem to be duplicate and not original. I received wrong free products too. Bag is of different type and different color of very low quality than it was shown on channel screen, led watch of different color and tshirt size is big. Online shopping is disgusting and i will never buy anything online from now on and i will pay extra to get best products personally on all showrooms. Boycott online shopping. Lootmaari hai

A year ago, i placed order country ride LP grey running shoes from www.jabong.com. And now 1 year later, my shoes is totally ruined. Shoes net is torn. Sole of shoes is removing from upper side. And grip is gone. So, is there any chances to change or repair my shoes from reebok.
Or otherwise i am going to the reebok official store and repair or change my shoes.

Dear sir/madam,
My husband have bought a merchandise from your Reebok store at VR mall, Surat, Gujarat. He wore it once and the very next I saw some damage on the T-shirt. Next day I went to your store to show the piece. I told your store person that I don't want to return the tshirt. I just came to show you the defect. He told straight forward that the damage was done by me.His behavior was very much unacceptable. He talked very badly which any of the customer won't accept. His name is Kareem.
Hope you see into this matter. As a regular customer of your Reebok brand I am not gonna take any more merchandise from your outlet now. We as a customer need good behavior from your side if we don't get that respect.

Sir,
I did online shopping of shoes.. Mrp 7k.. From amazon.
I expected a good quality shoe.
But i am totally aghast with the way the sole gave way from the front..
The remaining of it is fine but of no use ..
I have hardly used it for 2 months even..
Kindly help me out. The item cannot be returned and i have nowhere to ask for the replacement except this portal.

Have online ordered shoes from www.shop4reebok.com on 10.03.2016. Shoes model is tempo speedster aq9034 and order no is 22023588. After receive this parcel, i see they give me a different model of shoes which rebook classic and article no of this shoe is aq9990. Which is not usable for me. Overall total product is wrong and non-usable. After 10 mins getting this parcel i went to the site and complaint for return the parcel and also attached their wrong shipment item's picture to their site of customer care site. I have returned the parcel on 16.03.2016. After that they contact me and told that they send me the write parcel are not agreed on their mistake. Please help me for the same for refund or for write product delivery.

Some one called me and told me that...my phone no. They Told me that They will deliver the product to my near by post office and I have to collect it giving the amount 6500 to post office.
