Reebok India — Disappointment on first time purchase of reebok product

dear sir we made a purchase of men's shoes from your showroom Cannaught Place Delhi India on 30 Nov 2013 by making payment from our credit card(statement attached) by making a payment of Rs.3999.00. we normally buy Lotto or Adidas products and for the first time we bought a shoes from REEBOK. Just after 1-2 months after buying the pair the mesh got torn (the stiching opened) from the upper right side, these shoes have been lying with us since then. On visiting the same store we were given your id to make a complaint. We are sending as attachments the Credit card statement, invoice copy, photographs of shoes . We did not expect the Reebok Products of this quality as products of other companies last for more than 2-3 years.
