Reebok India — reebok running shoe

Dear sir,
I bought a reebok running shoe through snap deal vide order no.[protected] and the same was delivered to me on 15th may 17, within one month the sales of both feet has come apart. I filed a complaint with snap deal and the same was registered by them vide ref no. 42423941 dt.12 june 17. The only response i get is that it beyond the 7 days return policy an i should contact reebok directly. This item has been billed to me through we retails, a1/95 gali no.5, raja puri, uttam nagar, near bansal electronics city, new delhi.110059, with shoe description as attribute :colour white size 7 order no.[protected] and sub order no, [protected].
