Refollium — company not responding when asked for refund

I placed order for the product. I was assured of delivery along with a free gift. To my surprise I received a message that this product has an attachment for which I need to pay additional amount of ₹1200+ only then it's going to work. I tried to contact them didn't get any response. When I asked for refund for the same till now no communication has been received from the company.

I therefore request you to please look into the same and do the needful
