I have gone through the advertising about hair regrowth in facebook. I wanted to try and placed order. I got it and i started using it. Like other mentioned i also got to know that ultra dth blocker should be also used along with hair health supplement. I ordered it. And i started using it. But no result at all
It's completely fake product

These guys are making all o[censored]s fools. Dont ever trust these kind of fake products. After i using it i noticed there is a drastic hair fall. I really don't know what should i do now. If any one is approaching consumer court, kindly let me know
I will also come and lodge a complaint. I contacted their support team through mail. For my surprise that lady is always sending me copy pasted replies

Sir mai aap ka product retorn karna chahti hu. Kayoki aap log product ki sahi jankari nahi diye pahle bataye ki sirf reffolium tab ke use se hair fall band ho jayga. Lekin jaise hi mail recive hua. To uske bad. Aap ke comp. Se ek mail aya ki eske sath ek dava aur lena hai. Jiski kimat 1200/rs. Hai. Agar ye dava sath me nahi lete hai to sirff refollium dava kam nahi karega. Aap log ke bat ka to koe bharosa nahi hai. To aap ke product ka kaya bharosa. Ye to frodwali bat hai. So please mai ye product retorn karna chahti hu. Aap kisi curior wale ko bhej kar nye product retorn lene ki kripa kare. Hum log to aap ke dwara di gae jankari ke anusar product buk kar dete hai aur aane ke bad recive. Bhi kar lete hai sirf esi bharose ki aap ke dawara di gae sabhi jankari sahi hai. Agar koe problem hoga to product retorn ho jayega.
Sir hum log ka bhi bhahut jan pahchan ka mb. No hai hm log to aisa nahi karte ki sabhi mb no. Se aap ka product buk karake. Aur curior aane ke bad recive nahi karte. Agar aisa hoga to aap ka bhi kafi loss hoga.

I ordered the above one for rupees 1880 30 day trial pack... After recieving delivery now i got a message that it is only a hair health support capsule... You have to buy ultra dht blocker of refollium and then it will work together and then automatically placed the order of 1270 and said me to pay by cash on delivery... I have a very high doubt that they are doing something fishy... They are fooling people... There are no numbers through which we contact them... What shld i do now will i do know... This is purely a case of cheating and online fraud

My name is wasi i was order this product yesturday and when it was came then again i got a msg from refollium company without ultra dht blocker refollium will not work its wasted product i strongly feel this company is fake and they fooling innocent ppl i want my money back and also i want to see close this bullsheet company bloody cheaters. I put an order# tdzqxnzdfm for refollium hair support capsule, which claims for hair regrowth.
I received this package through delhivery courier service #[protected]. Prior to order refollium hair support capsule, there was no information share or given by company that it works with refollium ultra dht blocker. Company placed the order and claims to send the shipment of refollium ultra dht blocker worth of rs. 1270, which i never received.
How can they betray people to purchase their combo asset one by one without priorly informing them about the combo?
As i haven't received the second shipment yet, i haven't open the first order.
I want my money back from them.

I ordered refollium product it was rs 1880 what they mentioned in online was it is a dht blocker and starts to grow your hair back but after receiving the product they have mentioned to pay 1270 then only i will get dht blocker capsule. Sir, I purchased Refollium Health support online but i recieved Refollium DHT blocker for which i payed Rs 1880 and now it says its effective only with Hair health support.while ordering nowhere it was mentioned to buy 2 products without which its not going to work.I think company is just cheating to earn money.i am very dissappointed and want my money back

Refollium is practicing bad sales practice and its hurting lot of consumers in india with their hard earned money. Refollium sold a hair growth product with 30 multivitamin tablet at rs.1880/- and then followed it up with an email from a fictitious character named rohan (He even adds my surname to his name to make me feel good about it and claims he is hair specialist from new york, usa). The email clearly says refollium will not work unless i buy another product (Check the attached email which they sent with a subject line that "refollium will not work".in which case, they should take back the product. But instead they forcibly courier me another product (Called dht blocker) and ask me to keep cash ready even without me ordering it.

I asked them to take back their first product which i made a mistake of buying it but they are not responding. They do not have established offices or channels to complaint or return their product. They are harrassing consumers to purchase something that is not ordered and not taking back their products upon dissatisfaction.

Above all, i checked up the product and realized they have around few vitamins including talcum powder in each of the 30 tablets, which i am not sure how safe it is. The cost is unjustified because i get 250 tablets from another trusted brand named centrum that has 20+ vitamins at a lesser equivalent cost. It seems like the product refollium sent is worth rs.100/- only and not rs.1880/-.

As per the product print, refollium is manufactered at:

Please close down this manufacturing unit in india as they are cheating people through bad sales practice.

This retail company supposedly have not registered their gst as the packet does not mention it. So i doubt they pay the relevant taxes.

They mention the product website is www.refollium.com which does not load. The below link is how to sell this product which they later claim will not work via email after purchase unless we purchase dht blocker for yet another rs.2000/-.

They deliver this products through godam. Delhivery.com. I suggest this delivery company to stop supporting refollium business.

I request mr. Rohan to take back your product and return my money and every customers money. I cannot accept cheating even though you have doctors supporting you in this improper ways of making money or even if your product works. You have caused me so much distress that i will lose all the hair that is left.

I request ministry of health, state ministry, pm, mumbai police and cyber cell of india to start an investigation into this matter and question all doctors and hospitals behind it. Check up where is mr. Rohan from exactly and save india from such malpractices hurting indians. For now, immediately close down all units that are involved in this malpractice. Please block their website link immediately. Please look into all such malpractice sales practice and bring a law. I ordered refollium hair health support online for cod, but received bottle which is totally fake. Ordered pack was 60 capsules and received one is only with 30 capsules, i also try to contact them but all detail and contact numbers are fake. They are playing with people. I pay cod rs-1880/- and received a pack with no manufacturing detail. And rohan from refollium also not responding on mail

Fake product or a scam.
I have ordered for the capsules after seeing the advertisement for the same.
The advert. Showed nothing about the dht blocker capsule also provided by the same company. I never ordered for one, now when i have received the product they say that the results will be shown only once you take the other medicine. This is a clear case of fooling the customers.

Date of incident

They asked to order the product at Rs1880. They now want more Rs1250 to send the required supplement product without which the former will not work.

I want my money back from them, I am happy to return the product. But they are unresponsive now.

Need consumer forum to support on this and register a case against them and help recover money.

I read about this on TOI Mobile app and it took me to Refollium website to order the product but now the article has benn removed. I read about it on last Saturday 2nd Sep, and again read on 3rd Sep 2017

Don't purchase refollium medicine, these people are making full. They said 1st you purchase refollium hair health support.. After that when you received this medicine, another massage in the box. For 99% effect also purchase another supplement medicine. When you know that they are fraud, and you trying to return the medicine. No reply from them. Rohan is one the the fraud head member.

This is an absolutely fake product and they are cheating the costumers. There is no one called rohan, because he never replies. Its a big trap. They should be taken to consumer court. They don't tell anything about the dht blocker earlier and once you get the refollium they send you a mail after 2 days saying that they just noticed that we didn't order dht blocker, without which the product will not work. Cheaters they are. The product also doesn't look authentic.. People don't fall into this trap and waste your hard earned money.

I want to return refollium supplement. As it says it only work when taken with shy blocker and i don't wish to consume it.. The bottle and parcel is seal pack

I am already get fooled by refollium people for rs 1880 which i already posted my complaint on customer forum.. Now just i received a call from refollium people of number [protected] saying sir you don't pick our other item of dht blocker of rs 1270.. And then i say them how they are fooling people and i want money back of rs 1880 and then they cut the phone and switch of their number.. This is how even in 2017 such companies are making people fool and looting them and even playing with their health..

Ultra dht blocker tablets not provided with the package as the directive say it needs to be taken along with the refollium health support for better result.
Why dht blocker tablets are not supplied?
Why there is no customer care contact details? Who is the responsible and right person for further information?
I think there is some kind of cheating or fraud practice involved?

Company 1880 rs mai pura course dene ka add kar rahi hai per mangane pe half course bheja jata hai. Aur uske baad aur paise mange jaate hain. Ki 1270 aur bheje dusre product ke liye it's fraud. Inka kahena hai ki 1880 mai pura course aapki milega lekin baad mai parsel aane per pura medicines ka dose nahi mil raha hai. Uske baad alag se eack medicine ke liye 1270 rs ki maang ki ja rahi hai aur kaha ja raha hai ki ukse bina aapki koi fayda nahi milega.

It is very unfortunate that i didnot searched for the complaints about this product before buying it. I also ordered this product on 22/08/2017 and today 23/08 it was delivered to my address in faridabad. It was delivered at 3.00 pm today and within half an hour i got a message like for buying another dht blocker for 1270/-. Modus operandi of this company is same and they are cheating us. I will join any action taken against them.
