Refrigerator — Goods is not right

Dear Sir I have purchase an Samsung refrigerator from Vicky Electronic, 33 MTH compound Indore on the dated of 21 March 2015. This refrigerator have a some manufacturing defect. I was try a lot of time to contact Samsung custmer care and also Dealar. They are not given a proper response. Today i have call from Samsung service center Dewas[protected] . the engineer was told we are not able to solved your problem so you again contact to company or dealer. Both are not given the proper response . i would like to request to you please do positive and protect the cosumer thabnks
