COCA Cola Refrigerator — customer service is poor

I am running a restaurant(by the name Hotel Anand(Dhaba) at Fardapur. I am using Coco cola refriferator. Now it has gone malfuntioned. I am in regular touch with your customer care department from past 2 week and the 2 technician visited and just taken the photographs of thr refrigerato and gone back without ant commitment. Till date no further responece received and i m just waiting for the service.This is so dishearting that a soft drink giant like COCA COLA providing this kind of services to the vendor who ignored selling PEPSI products and opted COKE. This is my humble request to please provide me appropriate services to get my refigerator funtional. This is effecting my sale as well as the reputation of both COKE & Hotel Annand(Dhaba). All this mismanagement from your side is forcing us to shift from coca cola to Pepsi. So I request you to take some appropriate action in next 24 hours so that we can change our decision or mind set for coca cola.
