My father in law applied for application of online learning license on[protected]
He uploaded the required documents and paid fee but is not able to book a slot for online test of learner license.
when he tries to book LL slot, an error shows up "LL appointment already exempted. No need to take appointment"
When he went to RTO office in Punjab to give the test, they said, "we cannot do anything, you can only give online test". Again, for that I am not able to book a slot.
Status of application processing stage on the portal shows: "Scrutiny : verification of proof documents" which has been like this for more than a month.
when i try to lodge a complaint on Feedback of Vahan Citizen Services, and add my application number and error comes up which is : "Application number doesn't exists in the system. Please enter correct application number". This is completely false error as he can track his application through the same Application number
My father in law has been waiting for a long time kindly help him apply for online test of LL license so that he can secure a driving license for himself.
