Sir/madam,
I m aryan, from patna, bihar.
I used to blv that the relaxo is commited to provide innovative value added quality of products, therfore with such strong trust
I bought a shoe of boston on 30-10-18 at price of 1299 from its exclusive outlet at rajabazar patna -14, opposite of pillar no 58 or 59.
But within 50days the sole is damaged and due to this i m having pain on my leg.
When i compaint to the outlet person, he talked to some one on phone and said that i can adjust only 50% of the mrp and nothing else i can do in your case. And one of the employ was saying that do one thing i can repair the sole.
I m very dissapointed by the responses i experienced and the way they treated.
Today i m really dissapointed by the experiences i gt.

I was bought a Sparx Men's Black and Grey Running Shoe - 9 UK/India (43 EU) (SX0249G) from Amazon. It was delivered on 5 November 2018. Within only two months it's sole got break. So please advise or provide solution.

I purchase a shoes from relaxo showroom abohar (punjab). When I purchase this shows they told me that this show has very good quality but the shoes broken in 7 months now they are not listening and make causes
I have purchased an article of sparx-SM 397, i m highly dissatisfied wid it as it z making much noise while walking I want to get it replaced, hope ma complaint vil b considered vei soon nd Favorable reply awaited from your end and one thing more dealer name is sumit foot wear, kanpur.

    Please don't write the sacred name o[censored]niversal god "sun" on your products. It's not good to keep our god name under the foot. You can use any words to design your footwear but not names of god. Tomorrow u will use krishna, vishnu, or shiv which is not better. As you are a renowned and trusted company, you should take care of such kind of little things that can hurt the sentiments of many customers. I hope you can understand my sentiments and will try that such things would not hurt us. Many thanks.

    Worst experience with Sparx sandals...within 10 min of wearing sandals it started biting my leg...can't even put one step ahead...seller not ready to exchange in a reliance digital mall...in himayath nagar Hyderabad...it is worst situation for any Sparx customer ...I didn't expect a big company like SPARX LEAVING HIS COSTUMER MIDDLE THE WAY...

      I bought sparx SL 126 ladies shoes one and a half month back . But the lace holes are broadening too much and too early. The holes are becoming big day by day seems like shoes are tearing . I can even tighten them in a fear that they will broaden more.The way they are broadening that space will create big holes . I haven't even wore them much . Maximum 20 days I have used them . Please either replace or repair them.I am attaching the pics below

        Purchased shoes on 5 november 2018 from the store and within less than a month the shoes has a defect and when i went for the complaint to the store they abruptly denied to take any action against the issue. And advised to visit a cobbler. I've not purchased the shoes from a cobbler and it's not a thing of 100. It costs 750. Why would i prefer to purchase shoes from the store for such a cost if i didn't get the good services for the issue. This is very much annoying and pathetic service.

          Your staff provide me wrong size and when i went for replacement then they have not entertain for long time and after that they misbehaved and said you should buy another product because we haven't the size desired by you. When i asked for return they said you may return but we will not refund the amount, you have to buy another product. When i asked for complaint book they straightly refused.

              Hey relaxo I bought Sparx navy blue Snickers RS 799 From amazon on 20 march 2018 after very lightly use after 2 Month Sneakers is very bad color of sneakers totally despear and condition is not so good so do something for this

              I have been cancelled out on 11/11/2018 but the refund doesn't initiated by the company
              My order ID is 10423 & cancellation id 221
              Relaxo company makes fool regarding the refund

                Hello sir /i bought ladies blue sleeper from shop no. 332, preet tower amritsar punjab. After 3-4 days i came to know that sleeper left it's black color on my feet and made my feet so dirty. It is so embarrassing. I told to the shopkeeper to replace it but he denied and told me to lodge complaint to customercare.
                I also attached photo of my feet and copy of bill. Kindly pay attention on my complaint.

                    I have purchased flite foot wear daily sandal from your chandigarh showroom which is in peer baba road near shiv mandir baltana zirakpur punjab

                    Product upper of both are in site is ok but the left leg sole part in which leg rear side hole after use in 15 days) than the left leg by which we are feeling uncomfortable due to pressing leg in comparison to left leg.                         The sandal was bought at shop no.2 trade centre appt. Valsad on 24/9/18. After it's use, on 4 oct. 2018 it broke down on one side. The sandel is of rs.1199 and it is not worth of quality. We complained the same to the shop but they told us to report online only. They sold it but aren't willing to take back defected product which shows how mean they are. This is disgusting.. And i won't buy anything in future if the product isn't replaced or money isn't returned. Also i will make sure that people come to know this practice.

                          On 27/09/2018, i went to buy my son, s slipper who is 3 years old.that time my son was also with me. then we selected the slipper paid the bill. but next day when my son has worn the slipper after a while my son say to me it is not fine. he says to me it pains then i have seen also some rashes on foot of him. then i evening time 29/09/2018 i went to relaxo shop and told to exchange it. also show the bill. he told me we can not change without box.Unfortunately our maid threw the box. please exchange the slipper. i have bought so many slippers and shoes my wife, s slipper .we are your old customer. please exchange the child, s slipper... we are very disappointed first time from your company.

                            I bought shoes on discount on rs 4000 billing I got discount of rs 600 and I paid rs 3408 but when I replace one pair of shoes because relaxo don't have the size of that pair but when I took another Patel Nagar store give that pair on MRP. But when I asked about this they said discount is for one day how this is possible ?? It's relaxo fault that they are not able to provide the size of that pair because of this I lost my hard earned money.

                            Please look into this matter I didn't expect such kind of behaviour from that store
                            Poor response.

                                I purchased a pair of sandal for myself from lucknow chowk showroom and when i wore that i felt my toe pain and it started swelled even i couldn't able to walk properly so i went that showroom and asked for exchange with a bigger number of that pair... The cashier nd employe started misbehaving with me they both started yelling and said that is not in the exchange policy so we can't exchange it... Its upto u whether u use it or throw it or u give it to someone else... Not what to do plz reply as soon as possible

                                  I would like to bring in your notice what is going on in rexona shop, based at Rohini, sector 11.
                                  I purchased a pair of sandal for myself on 8 th aug’2018, from Rohini sector 11 relaxo shop for one of the party from fresh arrival word Rs 649/= .
                                  During party, upper heel and bottom portion got departed with in one hour after I wear .(pictures attached)

                                  I felt very embarrassed. Very next day when I reached in shop regarding to my grievance . Nobody was in counter so, I came to my residence in shalimar bagh .

                                  As keeping distance in mind, frequent visit to Rohini is quit tough for me.
                                  Yesterday when I visited again with my friend who experienced the same issue in her daughters sandals .
                                  He talked to us in rude fashion and told me “ I cannot do anything in this regard and you can complain to our customer centre. It is not our fault if it happens “
                                  I showed bill to him as well .

                                  Regarding the same I am sharing copy of bill as well as picture of the sandal as
                                  Well.

                                  Looking for a support from you . Requesting you to either exchange my sandals or encash my money.

                                  And requesting you to do the audit check in terms of quality which is selling in Rexona showroom in Rohin, sector 11.

                                  My friend also purchased a pair (picture attached) for her daughter from relaxo, rohini sector 11...see the quality...

                                  No updates on my complaint. I emailed you and highlighted my grievance as well .
                                  My email is is [protected]@gmail.com...requesting you to take immediate action and help me to replace my sandals or encase my amt. moreover, again requesting you to take an action in terms of quality check of shop based at rohini sector 11.so, no more customer suffer.

                                    I have purchased a sandal model no ss428g, 2017.I release it's not my mistake but it's my blunder.. The sandal is so slippery as good as skating shoes And it's cost 1275rs how can any trust be this brand is best.

                                        I have purchased sparx running shoes from sparx showroom on 28 September 2018. After only one day the shoes got damaged. How can this be expected from a good brand that only within 1 day. It's compelling to suspect that this is a fake product that was deliver to me. I have warranty card for this product.
                                        Every brand offers minimum 6-3 months repair warranty from products parched.
                                        I was very guilty from your product because I sad my friends my spark shoes is very nice and give good shine. But in reality they are see.
                                        And they are say spark company is very bad and it is not provided the good product.
                                        I want to change my shoes by this similar product/another product otherwise I want to return my money.
