Complaint marked as Resolved relaxo bandhan program scheme in 2016. customer care called us and ask us to buy more and more products so that you can avail coupon and redeem them. till date item not dispatched and now they are not dealing with the problem properly.
detail regarding purchase in bandhan program and i have not received my gifts till now and also customer care is not dealing properly. I contact ASI Mr. Shravan kumar about my matter and he was talking me so roudely and told me that he will not deal with my case and said do what ever you want. how can a employee of your company can talk to the customer like this. at the time of program many calls came regarding scheme and they told to buy more and more products to avail more coupon and today you are not giving gifts which are been redeem by the customer. is your company fraud not dealing the case and not replying any of the mail. if this will continue and if i will not get my gifts in coming week then i am going to lodge a complain against the company in consumer forum and also complain regarding misbehaviour with the customer.
if somebody can provide my senior's no. of relaxo bandhan program then please do avail me the no so that i can contact them and resolve my problem.
