I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent return of two pairs of shoes due to a size issue. According to Relaxo Footwear's customer care, they received the returned items at their warehouse by August 20, 2023. I was informed that it would take 15 days for the processing of my refund, totaling 540/- and 495/-, which should have been completed by September 15, 2023. Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received my refund.
I have been in constant communication with the customer care department, calling them every alternate day since October 4. During each call, they assure me that the refund will be initiated to my bank account within the next 2 hours, but this has not been the case. This same explanation has been provided every single time I contact their customer care.
I kindly request that Relaxo Footwear expedite the process and immediately refund my payment. For your reference, the order numbers associated with this issue are #[protected] and #[protected].
