Relaxo Footwear — damaged maryjane shoes

We wear only 30 days bt shoes is showing like 3years old due damag in upper frontside and looking just like very low quality items. Now i have no idea what should we do with that so please make a relevant response to me. When we purchased that then i was just thinking about relaxo brand because i am regular customer of relaxo brand. So i have fully confident that my complain will be short out quickly
