Hi my name is prdeep yadav from jaunpur (U. P) i purchase a shose on 30/11/16 from your shop relaxo footwere ltd. Retail shoppe rs 304 jaunpur u. P I[protected]ge plm-551 Bill copy is attached On 2nd day i found the botam of shose is not fix proparly Immediately this shoes was handed over to above shop. He is not ready to replace the shoes. Photographs of shoe taken and attached. What customer should do??. Should consumerforum be approached??
