I buy sparx sm 435 shoe from a shop in my city on 31 dec 19 but there is some defect in the shoe and i want to replace the shoe or get a big size i'm went to shop they firt refused to exchange after some time they say the defect will go after some days o[censored]sage. They says we only have one pair of that shoe which you buy we don't have another pair or big size of that article now i'm unable to use the says the content me if the shoes is available but till that you don't have to use that shoe so what can i do i'm not use that shoe or they don't do anything to resolve my problem plzz help me
