It is brought to your notice that my wife has bought a pair of shoes from relaxo retailer rs326 rohini delhi with following shoe description-
Hsn/item -[protected] description sl103 ladies 6 blue/purple worth rs1199 vide invoice no 01718r[protected] of 4/2/2018 at 2.31pm
But with in a day the shoe is giving problem and very hard to wear and even cause front foot problems due to some defect in make to my wife and even after three days when problem persisits and not solved then having no option i have visited on 7/2/2018 with my wife at same retailer to solve this problem and change shoes or repair whatever possible but to my surprise and shock the retailer refused to do anything with a single reply that we dont undertake complaints o[censored]sed shoes and i have made many complaints to relaxo customer care but they always give copy paste reply that they cannot replace used shoes and failed to do anything except this reply
Now the big question is that only after wearing the customer can know the problem of shoes for at least two three days or only by seeing and buying one can know the problem and even after buying famous brand like relaxo who can expect such problem with shoes with in 3 days and even what is use of company warranty if they have nothing to do except copy paste reply by both retailer and company customer care really very bad experience from relaxo and customer care is looking doing nothing for cutomer problems Was this information helpful? |
