I am a regular customer using Relaxo footwear for around 10 years and have never faced any issues, always got the quality product. But this time I bought footwear on 29 Jan 2021 and used it after Holi, in around 15 days due to the manufacturing defect I am not able to use that. When I talk to the shop they said they can give a 25% discount but as this is a manufacturing effect I want a full replacement.
I hope you understand the issue and give a full replacement as it is a manufacturing defect.
