Prepaid order of slippers placed on 29/08/2022. After the payment of INR 529, the order confirmation page was displayed. Order no. #[protected] was allotted but no confirmation email or SMS was received. Now, the website is showing no such order exists. I tried contacting relaxo support via email but no response was received.
Please provide a refund for the deducted money.

Updated by gourav2001k The order was delivered about 10 days after placing, but no information was available on the website, and neither received any communication via email. The complaint via email also wasn't reverted.
