I have purchased 1 pair of shoes bm-344 gents 9 black from retail shoppe, rs 360, chandigarh sector - 46c sco no. 77 on dated 5-nov.- 2019. In jan 2020 i saw that sole of both pair are broken. I purchased these shoes because of the brand value but the material is seems to be very inferior quality and not receives any satisfying reply from customer care and also from dealer/retailer. I have purchased one leather shoes men and one ladies black Bally but the store not provided me the bill and charged wrong amount of money when I calculated after returning home. Store is Jwalahari market Paschim Vihar and not provide me the proper discount.

I purchase shoes from relaxo showroom (Shop No. B-1345, 1346, Gharoli, Dairy Colony, New Delhi, 110096) and within the hour I requested to sales staff for refund the shoes because I am not satisfy with product but he refused to refund & asked for replace.
