I had ordered Sparx sandal on 27th September 2022 when I received it there was manufacturing defect and also I don't like quality of product so I placed return request in same day I received product and it returned back to relaxo footwear office on 13.10.2022 but till date I haven't Received any refund for that .I already mailed to relaxo footwear thrice but didn't get any reply and also had multiple conversations with customer care representative but they give false assurance about refund date... earlier she told me that you will get refund on 27.10.2022 then told 31.10.2022 but still I am waiting for refund.. I don't understand that in era of digitisation and especially digital transaction is promoted by our Honorable prime minister why this people take to much time to refund money to customer...
