[Resolved]  Relaxo Footwear — Refund not issues

Hi

My name is ritu yadav. I placed an order on relaxo website https://www.relaxofootwear.com/ on 25th August 2022. Which was prepaid and cancelled on the same date. But no refund has been issued to me for the same despite numerous complaints. There has been no response from relaxo footwears.
Please help.

The refund has still not been issued to me. The customer care executive called after the complaint and informed me that the refund will be issued within 7 days. Same has not been done yet
