Relaxo Footwear — regard women footwear and misbehaving of staff to customer

Address:model town , stadium road bareilly, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

I have purchase a pair of ladies footwear (mary jane) on[protected] from model town, stadium road bareilly outlet but when open the box than i saw there was a difference in weight and colour in pair .
soo after 2 days i went to back store for change the pair, i contact to staff but they said that we cant change footwear and misbehave to me .
so i came to leave my footwear on outlet without any change or any rupees .

I ordered two pair of homeuse slipper one week ago but they didnt shiped my product till today. And the customer care executive tell that if we didn't shipped your order then we initiate your full refund. I want my product as soon as possible. I don't want refund.
