I submitted my complaint to you and to your outlet of sector 11 ROHINI but nobody is giving heed. Before purchase, I told your staff about problem of my son foot but they are much confident about product. As i am your very old customer and have trust in your product. I purchased but net of same was unstiched itself. I deposited to outlet for replacement. But you refused to replace giving lame and fabricated execuses. under forced circumstances, i accept to pay the charges of repair. But after three months, outlet staff refuse to repair the same. I will not pick the shoes untill resolution because it is waist for me. i request you, pl look into the matter so that our relationship remain continue.
