Relaxo Footwear — Return or Refund for Bad Quality Product

I have purchased relaxo sandals for Haridwar Showroom 2-3 months back that was the almost closing time so the manager ask me to take the invoice next day which we couldn't collect. I have sandals used only 2 months. After two months later sandals have many cracks on the soles. I am regular customer of Relaxo but this time I am very disappointed so please return or exchange my sandals. I have also complaint to the showroom manager, Relaxo Haridwar but he refuse to do so and advice me to write to consumer forum.
